Resin Anchoring Agent

The resin anchoring agent appears to be a long vertical strip with seals at both ends. Not only can it be used in tunnel support, shaft installation, and prestressed anchor reinforcement in hydropower projects, it can also be widely used in building reinforcement, highway repair, tunnel construction, and component anchoring.

Product Description

The anchoring agent is a mastic bonding material prepared in a certain proportion with high-strength anchoring agent unsaturated polyester resin, marble powder, accelerator and auxiliary materials. The glue and curing agent are packaged into two-component roll-like packages using special polyester films. There are many colors to choose from, including white, blue, red, etc. Resin anchoring agent has the characteristics of rapid curing at room temperature, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force, and good durability. It is especially suitable for rapid mechanized construction.

Composition

Resin anchoring agent is a viscous anchoring adhesive material prepared according to a certain proportion of unsaturated polyester resin, curing agent, accelerator and other auxiliary materials. It is divided and packaged by polyester film in the shape of a roll. It has fast curing speed at room temperature. , high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force and good durability.

1. Unsaturated polyester resin special for high-strength anchoring agent: Unsaturated polyester resin is the used thermosetting resin.

2. Curing agent: Curing agent is an essential additive. Whether it is used as an adhesive, coating, or castable, a curing agent must be added, otherwise the epoxy resin cannot be cured.

Installation

1. There is no oil on the surface of the resin anchoring agent and in the anchoring hole. Please wipe it clean with a cloth, paper case, etc. before use to prevent it from being stained with oil.

2. According to the design requirements, select the specifications, models and drilling diameter of the resin anchoring agent.

3. Determine the drilling depth based on the anchor length required by the design.

4. Use special tools to clean up floating dust or accumulated water.

5. According to the length of the designed anchoring agent, drive the selected anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole with a rod. (When installing the two-speed anchor, the super-fast end should be inward.) Start the mixer to rotate and push the rod to the bottom of the hole at a constant speed. Super fast: 10-15 seconds; fast: 15-20 seconds; medium speed 20-30 seconds.

6. After removing the mixer, do not move or shake the mixing rod until solidification.

7. Depending on the on-site power conditions, a pneumatic anchor mixer or an electric coal drill can be used as the mixing and installation tool, and an anchor drilling rig can be used for the operation. The drilling and installation of bolts are operated by the same machine, making it more convenient.

Advantages

1.Easy to install, no special injection equipment required.

2. Resistant to anchoring failure caused by blasting or vibration.

3. Rapid anchoring of the bolt to the surrounding strata.

4.High load transfers are achievable almost immediately.

5. Provides strength and rigidity to prevent sag.

6. Acts as a reinforcement that clamps the individual strata layers into a single high strength beam.

7.Unaffected by sea or fresh water, mild acids or mild alkaline solutions.

8. Durability - Resin protects embedded bolts from corrosion by acidic water, seawater or groundwater. The atmosphere is excluded from the borehole, preventing further deterioration of the formation.
