一、Definition:

Anchoring agent is a kind of cement bonding material made of unsaturated polyester resin as high-strength anchoring agent, marble powder, accelerator and auxiliary materials in a certain proportion. The latex agent and curing agent are divided into two-component packaging rolls by special polyester film. Resin anchoring agent has the characteristics of rapid curing at room temperature, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force and good durability, and is particularly suitable for rapid mechanized construction.

二、Application Scope:

Resin anchoring agent can be used for underground engineering and slope, steep wall anchor spraying support, mine equipment installation and tunnel anchor net support, building component connection, equipment foundation anchoring, etc.

三、Usage Method

1. There is no oil stain on the surface of the resin anchoring agent and in the anchoring hole. Wipe it clean with cloth, paper shell, etc. before use. Ensure that the anchoring agent is dry and tidy before use. It cannot work in a wet state.

2. According to the design requirements, select the specifications, models and drill diameters of the resin anchoring agent.

3. Determine the drilling depth according to the anchor rod length required by the design. The drilling depth is 80-100mm shorter than the full length of the rod body and 360-380mm shorter than the strand body.

4. Use special tools to clean up floating dust or accumulated water.

5. According to the designed length of the anchor, use the rod body to send the selected anchor to the bottom of the hole (when installing with two-speed anchors, the super-fast end faces inward), start the agitator to rotate, and push the rod body to the bottom of the hole at a uniform speed. Super fast 10-15 seconds; fast 15-20 seconds; medium speed 20-30 seconds.

6. After removing the agitator, do not move or shake the stirring rod before curing.

7. It is recommended to test the anchoring force after super fast 5 minutes, 10 minutes, fast 15 minutes, and medium speed 30 minutes.

8. According to the dynamic conditions on site, the mixing and installation tools can be selected from pneumatic rock bolt mixers or coal electric drills. The rock bolt drilling machine is used for operation. The rock bolt drilling and installation are operated by the same machine, which is more convenient.
