The first railway line from Divacha to Koper was officially opened in 1967. Since then, traffic between the Koper port of Divaca and the rest of Europe has increased dramatically. Slovenia decided to build a second track to meet demand for freight trains and goods from China to Europe. Construction will be carried out in two phases, the first from Divacha to Arnikal and the second from Arnikal to Koper.

T7 Tunnel - Mlinarji is located above the Ospska valley in Črni Kal and is part of the second section to Koper. The karst landscape that the track traverses consists of dense carbonate rocks (such as limestone) with thin layers, large fissures, and underground drainage systems. The tunnel was excavated using the New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM).

In the construction of this project, due to construction needs, anchoring systems will be used, including self-drilling hollow rods. It can operate in complex foundation conditions such as soft rock, loose soil, weathered layer, gravel layer, etc., and can drill at the same time. Drilling, grouting, and anchoring greatly improve work efficiency. Anchors are popular all over the world due to their wide range of uses and applications in many fields.
