Mining resin anchor bolts support cannot be produced without resin anchor, anchor bolts, steel straps, anchor trays, nuts and other materials, all of which have certain requirements. 

Bolt support material requirements: steel belt or reinforcing beam: the ultimate tensile strength of the material shall not be less than 360Mpa. 

Coal mine roof bolts

The mining bolt manufacturer shall provide qualified and stable products. The color of the curing agent in the anchor bolts shall conform to the industry standard. The performance, characteristics, size, mixing time, initial setting time and proper use of the anchor fixing agent shall be described in the product specification. Anchor fixing agent and resin anchor fixing agent of different manufacturers shall not be mixed in the mine.

The warehouse manager in charge of the bolting bracket must register the product name, specification, quantity, production date, arrival time and distribution of each batch of products. The storage period shall not exceed the requirements of the product specifications and the temperature of the warehouse shall be 4-25°C. Anchor rods (including truss ties, etc.): The tensile yield strength of metal rods is not less than 320MPa, the ultimate tensile strength is not less than 500MPa, and the elongation is not less than 16%.
